Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data

The data controller is TRANSMAN International Consulting, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 77 635, with its headquarters located at 11 Place Sts Pierre et Paul, L-2334 LUXEMBOURG.

Your personal data is collected by TRANSMAN International Consulting during your application process in the recruitment phase and, at the end of an assignment, through multiple channels, including oral and/or written communications, forms, questionnaires, cookies, and from third parties.

The purposes of this processing include, but are not limited to:

Assessing your ability to perform the proposed job or evaluating your professional skills and ensuring that TRANSMAN International Consulting complies with its legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations, including managing applications and personnel, establishing assignment contracts, processing payroll and the associated social security declarations and payments, as well as collecting and providing the necessary information for your selection for placement or assignment proposals, and for communication with you.

When you apply, all the data required on the registration form, unless stated otherwise, is necessary to validate your application and to assess your professional qualifications for the proposed position.
For the purposes mentioned above, TRANSMAN International Consulting may process identification data, economic and financial data, health data, your social security number, as well as personal and professional information, and your B3 extract from your criminal record for specific and regulated positions (e.g., driver, accountant, nurse, etc.).

Your data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact during the recruitment phase for candidate data, and for a maximum of 10 years from the last payroll for employee data, after which such data will be destroyed or anonymized.

Your data may be transferred, for the purposes mentioned above, to third parties or subcontractors (e.g., CCSS, software publishers, etc.) located within the European Union.

TRANSMAN International Consulting has taken the necessary security, confidentiality, and integrity measures for the transfer of your personal data.

Additional guarantee measures, such as standard contractual clauses, will be implemented when personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union and to countries recognized by the EU as having laws that ensure adequate protection of personal data, particularly in cases involving the processing of data of non-European citizens (expatriates).

You may exercise your right to object to the use of your personal data by TRANSMAN International Consulting, provided you justify a legitimate reason. You may also exercise your rights to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, as well as your right to set, modify, and revoke at any time directives regarding the retention, deletion, and disclosure of your data after your death.
